We have used the device in our granddaughters car for over a year now. When we first installed it she was a new driver and we wanted to stay informed of driving habits, car health and trips taken. The Vyncs device does all of these well. I especially liked the first year tracking at no extra charge plus renewal notification to keep the device active. We will keep this active for the foreseeable future.
Purchased tracker to track whereabouts of teen. After downloading app it takes a while to pull up vehicle location on iPhone. My husband has android an can track quickly. I wil contact co to detect my problem.

My old GPS tracker was not being serviced any longer and I wanted to be able to tell where my car is when my son drives. This tracker works great.
This would be my second unit .. The product is great customer service was very helpful with the couple little things we needed to help set it up . They were actually very fast very efficient great product I would recommend for anyone
I’m very happy I purchased this product. I now have piece of mind knowing my vehicle is located where I parked it. The excessive speed notifications remind me to curb my bad driving habits.
It took some research but I believe I bought the right product. Just installed it yesterday. Lots of steps but I followed the instructions and had no problems. I'm glad I also purchased the extension cable as this tracker was meant to be hidden and the cable keeps the tracker out of sight. I like the car system monitoring, the alerts and also the recall notifications. Map is easy to use and I always know where the car is. Awesome.

Great product. Easy to set up. Love the alerts I get when my mother-in-law exceeds the geo-fenced area that I set up. Recently she got confused and drove off on a long adventure on the interstate. Was able to pinpoint her location for the highway patrol and they sent a trooper to collect her and keep her at the patrol station until my wife and I could go up and get her and the car. She was 150 miles away from home. She has since decided to give up her car and her personal driving privileges.
