We purchased this device (over 3yrs ago) for the vehicle our 16 year son started driving. An older 2013 Ford Escape. My intention was to hide the device under the dash and use a splitter cable to still have an unused OBDII port. The plan did work, however Ford mounts their OBDII port behind a handy cover near the steering column. Most ports are simply mounted under the dash above the foot pedals. Not Ford, they are a bit fancier! Lol... So, that caused a little modification, but I made it work. To this date, our son is unaware that we know where that vehicle is at all times. (Our car, our insurance....) The device works well overall and highly recommended. However, the advertised Fuel level and current mileage has never worked which would be handy knowing those stats? I reached out to support with no response on that? I did use support early on concerning a tracking lapse. They sent an "update" I was told and the device started working fine then. I won't trash their technical support staff, but an explanation on why certain advertised features don't work is frustrating? I would recommend this device overall. It is still an extremely great device to add onto any vehicle! Renewal has consistently been $79.99 each year. Easy to renew and service simply continues. Buy this device is my suggestion if you have the need.

We are a medium sized hotel in a resort area running Airport Shuttles and Ski Shuttles. We started using Vyncs Fleet Services/Devices several years ago. This system has been very helpful. The only issue that ever comes up is when folks unplug the unit. I guess that could be accidental or a Shop working on our vehicles but it does get annoying.

This is a great device! I have them in 2 of my vehicles for the past 4 years and I always know where my vehicles are and what's going on with them. It's a must have!

This has been great for both teenage drivers. System is nice to have especially when they are out of cell service.
